Programmes for Unemployed Youth
One of the biggest problems faced by the country and its youth is unemployment. Most of the youth in rural areas lack the requisite skills for the available jobs. Thus, there is a need for them to be trained in different skills. SPC-WB has conducted various types of vocational training programme for them. This enables them to be self-employed, earn their livelihood, and at the same time, create job opportunities for others.
Entrepreneurship Development & Management
SPC is in the process of undertaking the programmes for entrepreneurship and management for willing and potential entrepreneurs in formal education sector and also for unemployed youth.
